EyeGuard (Goz Mesafem), kullanicilarin ekranla goz mesafesini takip ederek goz sagligini desteklemek amaciyla gelistirilmistir. Bu Gizlilik Politikasi, uygulamayi kullanirken hangi verilerin islendigini ve nasil korundugunu aciklar.

1. Hangi verileri isleriz?

1. Kamera verisi (izin: android.permission.CAMERA)
2. Uygulama, on kamera goruntusunu yalnizca goz-yuz mesafesi analizi icin kullanir.
3. Goruntu isleme cihaz uzerinde gerceklestirilir.

4. Kamera goruntuleri varsayilan olarak sunucularimiza yuklenmez ve kalici olarak saklanmaz.

5. Uygulama ayarlari ve profil bilgileri

6. Kalibrasyon bilgileri, tercih edilen ayarlar, profil adi gibi uygulama ici tercihler cihazda yerel olarak saklanir.

7. Premium erisim / satin alma durumu

8. Premium erisim dogrulamasi icin Google Play Billing kullanilir.
9. Destek amacli veya tamamlayici premium erisim verilmesi durumunda, uygulama Firebase Installation ID (cihaza/kuruluma ozgu gecici kimlik) olusturabilir ve Firestore uzerinden bu kimlige ait premium grant durumunu kontrol edebilir.
10. Satin alma surecinde gerekli islem verileri Google Play tarafindan islenir.

11. Uygulama, premium durumunu yonetmek icin sinirli abonelik/entitlement durum bilgisini yerel olarak tutabilir.

12. Ucretsiz deneme takibi

13. Tek seferlik ucretsiz deneme sunmak ve kotuye kullanimini onlemek icin uygulama, Android cihaz tanilayicisini (Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID) okur, tek yonlu kriptografik ozet (SHA-256) hesaplar ve bu ozeti Firebase Firestore'da deneme kaydi olarak saklar.
14. Ham cihaz tanilayicisi hicbir zaman iletilmez veya saklanmaz — yalnizca geri donusumsuz ozet kullanilir.
15. Bu ozetlenmis tanimlayici, uygulama yeniden kurulumlarinda devam eden ancak fabrika sifirlamasi veya cihaz degisikliginde degisen takma adli bir cihaz tanimlayicisidir.

16. Deneme kaydi (ozetlenmis tanimlayici ve deneme baslangic zamani), cihaz basina tek deneme politikasini uygulamak icin suresiz olarak saklanir.

17. Tanilama ve hata verileri

18. Uygulama ici teknik hatalar veya cokme verileri platform saglayicilari (ornegin Google Play) uzerinden raporlanabilir.

19. Bu veriler uygulamanin guvenligi ve stabilitesini artirmak icin kullanilir.

20. Analitik ve cokme raporlama (Firebase Analytics ve Crashlytics)

21. Uygulama, kullanim istatistikleri ve cokme raporlari toplamak icin Google Firebase Analytics ve Firebase Crashlytics kullanir.
22. Toplanan veriler anonimdir ve kisisel kimlik bilgisi icermez.
23. Kullanicilar, uygulama icindeki Ayarlar > Gizlilik bolumunden analitik veri toplamayi kapatabilir.
24. Firebase tarafindan toplanan veriler Google'in gizlilik politikasina tabidir.

2. Verileri hangi amaclarla isleriz?

• Goz-ekran mesafesini tespit etmek
• Uyari/hatirlatma ozelliklerini calistirmak
• Kullanici ayarlarini ve kalibrasyonu korumak
• Premium ozelliklerin lisans dogrulamasini ve varsa destek kaynakli premium grant durumunu kontrol etmek
• Uygulama performansini ve guvenligini iyilestirmek

3. Veri paylasimi

• Kisisel veriler, bu politikada belirtilen amaclar disinda ucuncu taraflara satilmaz.
• Odeme ve abonelik islemleri Google Play altyapisi uzerinden yurutulur.
• Destek kaynakli premium grant kontrolleri icin sinirli kimlik ve grant durumu bilgisi Google Firebase/Firestore altyapisi uzerinden islenebilir.
• Yasal yukumluluk durumunda, ilgili mevzuata uygun sekilde resmi makamlarla paylasim yapilabilir.

4. Veri saklama

• Ayar ve kalibrasyon verileri cihaz uzerinde, kullanici uygulamayi kullanmaya devam ettigi surece saklanabilir.
• Kullanici uygulamayi kaldirdiginda, cihazda tutulan yerel veriler isletim sistemi davranisina bagli olarak silinebilir.
• Satin alma kayitlari Google Play hesabiniz kapsaminda Google tarafindan yonetilir.
• Destek kaynakli premium grant girdileri, ilgili grant aktif oldugu surece veya destek amaclari icin gerekli oldugu surece Firebase/Firestore altyapisinda tutulabilir.
• Firebase Installation ID cihaza/kuruluma ozgudur; uygulama kaldirildiginda, veri temizlendiginde veya cihaz degistiginde yeni bir kimlik olusabilir.
• Ucretsiz deneme kayitlari (ozetlenmis cihaz tanilayicisi ve baslangic zamani), cihaz basina tek deneme politikasini uygulamak icin suresiz olarak Firestore'da saklanir.

5. Cocuklarin gizliligi

Uygulama genel kitleye yoneliktir. Ebeveyn kontrolu gereken durumlarda cihaz ve magaza ayarlarinin ebeveyn/veli tarafindan yonetilmesi onerilir.

6. Haklariniz

7. Guvenlik

Verilerin korunmasi icin makul teknik ve idari onlemler uygulanir. Ancak hicbir dijital iletim veya depolama yontemi %100 guvenli degildir.

8. Bu politikadaki degisiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikasi zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Guncel surum bu sayfada yayimlanir ve "Son guncelleme" tarihi revize edilir.

EyeGuard is designed to help users maintain a safer eye-to-screen distance. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the app and how it is handled.

1. What data we process

1. Camera data (permission: android.permission.CAMERA)
2. The app uses the front camera only to analyze eye/face distance.
3. Processing is performed on-device.

4. Camera frames are not uploaded to our servers by default and are not stored permanently by the app.

5. App settings and profile data

6. Calibration values, user preferences, and profile names are stored locally on the device.

7. Premium access / purchase status

8. We use Google Play Billing to validate premium access.
9. For support-based or complimentary premium access, the app may generate a Firebase Installation ID (a temporary device/installation-scoped identifier) and check a matching premium grant record in Firestore.
10. Transaction-related data is processed by Google Play as part of billing operations.

11. The app may keep limited local subscription/entitlement state for premium access handling.

12. Free trial tracking

13. To provide a one-time free trial and prevent abuse, the app reads the Android device identifier (Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID), computes a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256), and stores this hash as a trial record in Firebase Firestore.
14. The raw device identifier is never transmitted or stored — only the irreversible hash is used.
15. This hashed identifier is a pseudonymous device identifier that persists across app reinstalls but changes on factory reset or device change.

16. The trial record (hashed identifier and trial start timestamp) is retained indefinitely to enforce the one-trial-per-device policy.

17. Diagnostics and crash data

18. Technical error/crash information may be reported through platform providers (e.g., Google Play).

19. This is used to improve stability, security, and performance.

20. Analytics and crash reporting (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics)

21. The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports.
22. Collected data is anonymous and does not contain personally identifiable information.
23. Users can disable analytics data collection from within the app at Settings > Privacy.
24. Data collected by Firebase is subject to Google's privacy policy.

2. Why we process data

• To detect eye-to-screen distance
• To provide warning and reminder functionality
• To preserve user settings and calibration
• To validate premium entitlement and, where applicable, support-based premium grants
• To improve app reliability and security

3. Data sharing

• We do not sell personal data to third parties.
• Payments and subscriptions are handled through Google Play infrastructure.
• Limited identifier and grant-status checks for support-based premium access may be processed through Google Firebase/Firestore infrastructure.
• Data may be disclosed when required by applicable law.

4. Data retention

• Local settings/calibration data may remain on-device while you use the app.
• When the app is uninstalled, local app data may be removed based on operating system behavior.
• Purchase records are managed by Google under your Google Play account.
• Support-based premium grant records may be retained in Firebase/Firestore while the grant remains active or as needed for support operations.
• Firebase Installation ID is device/installation-scoped; uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or changing devices may result in a new identifier.
• Free trial records (hashed device identifier and start timestamp) are retained indefinitely in Firestore to enforce the one-trial-per-device policy.

5. Children's privacy

The app is intended for a general audience. Parent/guardian supervision and device/store parental controls are recommended where appropriate.
